Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Toddler Room Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to team development, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support team members throughout their shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Provide training and mentorship to new employees, fostering a positive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during your shift. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, leading by example.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Familiarity with operational procedures in a fast-paced environment is advantageous. A commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
