We're looking for an experienced and passionate

Toddler Room Leader

to join our founding team at

Lots for Tots Childcare, Hilton

. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our toddler room (ages 2-3) from day one -- in a nursery where staff wellbeing, teamwork and high-quality care are at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll do:

Lead the daily running of the toddler room Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities Support children's emotional and physical development Promote independence and support toilet training Build strong bonds with children and families Motivate and support your room team Track progress, complete observations and assessments Ensure your room is safe, calm, and well-organised

What we're looking for:

Level 3 childcare qualification (essential) Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner Confident knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding A team player with strong communication and leadership skills Someone who is calm, caring and committed to quality childcare
