Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Toddler Room Leader to join our team at Little Folks Day Nursery in Kidderminster. This role is vital in ensuring that our high standards of childcare and early education are met, contributing significantly to our mission of prioritizing children's needs.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations within the toddler room and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children. Lead and support the staff in the toddler room in delivering high-quality childcare and education. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Implement educational programs that align with early childhood development standards. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and development. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with management to enhance nursery practices. Experience in a room leader role is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant qualifications in childcare or education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare). Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
