Early Years Suite Leader - Toddler Suite

We're now excited to announce a rare opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our Leadership Team as a Suite Leader.

As Suite Leader, you'll lead a large team of Early Years Educators in our Toddler Suite to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged around 27 months to 3 years old. You'll inspire excellence, model outstanding practice, and nurture a culture where every child thrives.

This is a dynamic and evolving role for a highly knowledgeable, reflective practitioner who can ensure the Suite consistently operates to an Ofsted standard of Outstanding and in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You'll foster an environment built on high-quality education, play, care, and love.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and implement high standards for the environment and curriculum Demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity in planning and delivering engaging learning opportunities Ensure you and your team consistently follow policies and procedures to maintain a safe and smooth operation each day Champion our Core Value "You Matter"building strong, positive relationships with both families and colleagues

Essential Criteria

Commitment to delivering Outstanding standards A satisfactory enhanced DBS check confirming suitability to work with children Previous leadership experience in a childcare or educational setting A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) Strong understanding of the EYFS and ability to implement it effectively A positive, growth-focused mindset with resilience and motivation to overcome challenges
