We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data to support construction and development projects. This role requires proficiency in various surveying techniques and software, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Duties
Conduct land surveys using traditional and modern surveying equipment.
Prepare detailed drawings and reports based on survey data.
Utilise AutoCAD and ArcGIS to create precise maps and plans.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage data effectively, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future reference.
Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to land use and property boundaries.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in land surveying.
Experience
Proven experience in land surveying is essential, with a strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and other CAD software is highly desirable.
Experience in data management related to surveying projects is beneficial.
Familiarity with construction processes and requirements will be an advantage.
