Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary range \xc2\xa324000-\xc2\xa326000 per annum with bonus

  • DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Total Rewards team the Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the firm has competitive and cost-effective benefits policies and practices. In addition to managing DTCC\'S day-to-day benefits and wellbeing programs, people in this role will also be involved in proactively designing and delivering benefits solutions and policies in line with the firm\'s HR and business strategies. They may also have responsibility for managing external benefits providers.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supports processing of all benefit activities including new hires, terminations, retirement contributions, statutory benefits
  • Responsible for coordinating with the various internal departments and vendors for timely processing of benefit information for new hires and terminations
  • Supports the Global Benefits Manager in overseeing the administration of all EMEA employee benefit programs (Health & Welfare, Savings & Retirement, Work/Life, Statutory Benefits).
  • Supports Global Benefits Manager on project activities by assisting with communications, data requirements, implementation and results tracking.
  • Partner with local Payroll and HR to ensure that benefit contributions/deductions are processed and funded timely and accurately

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Advanced competencies in Office 365 including Excel, MS Teams, MS Forms,
