As a

Room Supervisor

you will be role modelling your knowledge and best practice to colleagues and delivering the best learning opportunities to our children.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of staff. You will create and implement positive parent partnerships by communicating effectively and giving regular updates, ensuring every child's progress is recorded. As part of our team, you will ensure your Room is always the best it can be in line with our Policies and Procedures. You will hold a full and relevant childcare qualification (Level 3) At least 2 years experience working and caring for children under 5 Passion to deliver high quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities Enjoy providing the best service possible to children and parents
Bentley Manor Childcare Centre, is set on acres of land and we benefit from our own Forest School on site.
