Join Our Team as a Room Supervisor at Redhill Day Nursery

Your Role:

As a valued member of our senior team, you'll play a vital role in the decision-making within your room and will regularly support the Manager and Deputy Manager through scheduled supervisor meetings aimed at improving our setting.

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about early childhood education A strong communicator with a positive attitude Enthusiastic about delivering inspiring learning experiences and engaging activities
Hours & Work-Life Balance:

Shift patterns between 07:45-18:00 A combination of full and half days on a 4-week rolling rota
- Half days: 8:00-2:00 or 12:00-6:00

28 days of annual leave
