About the Role





We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused

Tour Leader Support Coordinator

to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our Tour Leaders are fully supported before, during, and after their tours. From managing digital systems and compliance processes, to providing real-time support, training, and feedback, you'll play a key part in helping deliver exceptional travel experiences for our guests while supporting the wellbeing and performance of our Tour Leaders.



This role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across operational, administrative, and people-focused responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities




Provide support to the Tour Accounts team when required. Manage access to tour departure documentation Assist in compiling Tour Leader reviews into a database. Assist with Tour Supplies distribution to Tour Leaders and keeping stock levels replenished. Create, manage and monitor Slack channels for each tour departure Conduct Friday check-in calls with Tour Leaders Train Tour Leaders on completing accounts, systems, and admin tasks. Assist in classroom sessions, online training, and one-on-one guidance for Tour Leaders. Compile and analyse Tour Leader feedback, optional excursion engagement, and performance data. Monitor social media activity across platforms. Assist the Tour Leader Administrator in maintaining the Tour Supplies stockroom and managing deliveries to Tour Leaders. Communicate with suppliers, maintain hotel information databases, and add optional activity media for TL reference.


Skills & Attributes




Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proactive communicator with confidence to support and guide others. Ability to balance administrative tasks with people-focused problem solving. Competence in Google Drive, Slack, Survey Monkey an advantage. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or tour operations is an advantage but not necessary.
