Permanent Full-time Town / Street Security Staff Wanted!

RPC is looking for SIA badged security professionals, who can work full time hours in an area just outside of central Southampton.

This permanent position is paying up to 26,000 per annum.

You must have your own vehicle and a UK driving license.

Working Hours are 8am till 4:30pm:

Saturday and Sunday are core days you would must to work. With the option to work 3, or 4, or 5 days during Monday to Friday. 5-day working week minimum (40-hours)

Overview:

You will be required to communicate in English with members of the public and business owners, as a visible and approachable representative of the company. Ensuring a safe environment where everyone can feel secure!

You are required to wear a company uniform so you can be easily identified by members of the public and local businesses, who need your assistance.

You must live in Southampton and be eligible to work a permanent full-time position in the UK, with previous, security or public protection experience.

Physically fit and healthy, on your feet for 8-hours during your shift, able to lift and carry, helping members of the public to safety or to medical hotspots for emergency services, working with business owners to keep the town clean and tidy.

This is not a front-line police type role (no chasing down criminals and trying to arrest people), you are a supporting presence for your town and the local businesses and communal areas, reporting to a central operations hub where required.

Essentials:

Wearing company provided stab vest throughout your shift. Successful DBS Check required at offer and acceptance stage. Eligible to work a full-time permanent role in the UK. Right to work documents. Able to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written). Live in Southampton. Have a full UK driving license with no more than 6-points,
