We are currently seeking an experienced, and extremely well organised Townhouse Co-ordinator with incredible attention detail to join our Townhouse team.


The on target earning potential for this role is 36,101 / per annum - comprising a base salary of 29,101 , plus a qualified estimate of 7,000 in gratuities and service charge.As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Responsible for executing and coordinating all administrative functions and processes across Townhouse, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operation runs without a hitch
Working closely and confidently with our senior leaders across the business, you'll be effective at working independently and also acting on your initiative
You'll organise meetings, take minutes, record actions and accountabilities, prompting your colleagues where necessary to ensure delivery
Liaising with our suppliers and contractors, you'll build strong working relationships to ensure a full understanding of our exacting standards and expectation
Assisting our Heads of Department with rota scheduling and weekly reporting
Managing the stock control of our office supplies ensuring each department stays within budget
Supporting our call centre for member queries and restaurant bookings
As the key coordinator of all administrative functions across Gleneagles Townhouse, you'll ensure our day-to-day operations run seamlessly and with style
Working confidently alongside our senior leaders, you'll be proactive, dependable, and just as comfortable taking the initiative as you are following through direction with precision
You'll expertly manage meeting; preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions and prompting your colleagues to deliver on commitments when needed
Building strong relationships with our suppliers and contractors, you'll ensure they fully understand and uphold the high standards synonymous with the Townhouse
You'll support Heads of Department with rota planning and weekly reporting, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of each area
Interacting with our members and guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

The kind of person we're looking for:
You have valuable experience, ideally within hospitality, though not essential, and you're confident using the full Microsoft Office Suite to provide exceptional administrative support
Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you stay calm under pressure and consistently deliver with precision and flair
Agile in your thinking and confident in your multitasking, you're adept at juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat
Curious, eager to grow, and always willing to learn, you take a genuine interest in every part of the business, understanding how each element connects to create the seamless Gleneagles Townhouse experience
Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
