Would you like a career in car sales working with a family run company that is entering its 60th year in business?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our Trainee Toyota Customer Consultant programme based at our Ilkeston Toyota showroom.

You will be placed on a structured block training programme, working on site alongside our sales team to gain practical experience but with a mixture of virtual and off site training at the Toyota Academy based at the TME production plant at Burnaston near Derby.

Key Daily Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize strong communication skills to convey product information and benefits effectively. Maintain a professional phone etiquette while addressing customer concerns and inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
No previous car sales experience is necessary for this position but we are looking for someone with a can do attitude who is willing to adopt our customer focused attitude and ethics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 22,000.00-25,000.00 per year
