Job Description

My client are growing their UK team to strengthen retail and gift partnerships and drive more success!
You will be an independent thinker who has some experience in toys/gift/retail consumer goods.
Main Objectives: build strong relationships with independent retail and gift customers, consistent achievement of sales and service targets, active contribution to trade shows and account growth, improve customer satisfaction and territory coverage!

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the UK Retail + Gift Sector
  • Manage independent stockists, develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales department.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the retail industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the company's products.

Essential
  • Couple years experience in Sales, Customer Service, Account Support within Consumer Goods/Toys/Gift Sectors
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Confident presenting products and handling customer questions
  • Organised, proactive, and results driven with very good attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving License
Desirable:
  • Experience in Toys/Gift/Homewares Industry

On offer is:
  • Salary circa 25-32k dependent on experience
  • up to 10% bonus/commission

  • Work within a supportive and professional team environment.
  • MUST BE COMMUTABLE TO EAST MOLESELY 5 x days per week
  • 09:00-17:30 role
