Brue Valley Farms is looking for a skilled

Tractor / Agricultural Driver

to join our friendly, hands-on team on our modern, well-equipped farm near Glastonbury.

This is a

varied, year-round role

combining tractor and machinery operation with practical workshop maintenance. If you're someone who enjoys keeping busy, working outdoors, and getting involved across different parts of the farm, this could be perfect for you.

What you'll be doing:

Driving and operating a range of modern agricultural machinery safely and efficiently. Helping with cultivations, forage production, slurry handling, and land maintenance. Carrying out routine machinery checks and basic maintenance. Assisting the dairy team when needed, including some stock work. Keeping the farm and equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained.

What we're looking for:

A confident and competent tractor driver (experience essential). Practical, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Organised and adaptable to the seasonal demands of farming. Full UK driving licence required. Telehandler ticket is desirable (training can be provided if needed).

Pay: 13.50-15.64 per hour
