Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a background in administrative support. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our B2B Trade department, providing vital support to the Trade Account Manager, Trade Partners across the Funeral Industry and internal teams. The Administrator will handle various tasks including processing orders, answering both email and telephone enquiries and offering clear communication throughout their journey with us. This role focuses on core administrative functions, ensuring service excellence and timely order fulfilment.

Objectives of this role



Deliver a consistent and thorough administrative service. The first point of contact in all matters related to customer orders, concerns and needs Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and customer updates. Act as the first point of contact for Trade Partners regarding orders and queries via phone, email and live chat Ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled to meet Company Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Build positive relationships with customers to strengthen long-term partnerships. Develop knowledge of our products and services to support customers effectively.

Responsibilities



Processing postal orders with a high level of accuracy Allocation of jewellery required to fulfil orders Handle email, phone and live chat enquiries and requests from customers and address their needs in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating excellent customer service Support colleagues and escalate issues as required Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of information Maintain strong open communication with all customers Ensure all information is up to date and accurate on CRM system Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery Assist with the preparation of documentation as required Any other duties deemed relevant and necessary to support the Trade Account Manager Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks

Qualifications



Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy A professional attitude and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn and develop.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 23,887.50 per year
