Trade AdministratorCantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting a Trade Administrator to join our client based in Egham.The successful Trade Administrator will be responsible for:Quality delivery of international trade services portfolio to members & client.
Responsible for the provision of quality services to customers requiring assistance with export and import documentation, undertaking accounting procedures, in accordance with the rules set out by the Governing Bodies.
Responsible for ensuring a high level of customer care is maintained.
Specific responsibility for providing documentation cover across the international trade office locations as required.Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Certify EC Certificates of Origin and related export documents
xc2xb7 Process Arab-British Certificates of Origin and related documents
xc2xb7 Authenticate trade preference documents
xc2xb7 Supply and authenticate International Import certificates
xc2xb7 Process & issue ATA Carnets
xc2xb7 Provision of documentation cover for all international trade offices location as required.
xc2xb7 Provide additional International Trade services as appropriate.
xc2xb7 Answer enquiries received by telephone, email & face to face in a professional manner.
xc2xb7 Complete financial, statistical and data records to the required standards & deadlines.
xc2xb7 Maintain high level of customer care.
xc2xb7 Take responsibility for the supply and authentication of EC Certificates of Origin and related documents, in accordance with the Certification Procedures rules, including electronic certificates.
xc2xb7 Receive, check and pass documents
xc2xb7 Take responsibility for authenticating Trade Preference documents in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs guidelines
xc2xb7 Check the formal undertaking and signatory lists as appropriate.
xc2xb7 Take responsibility for the issuing of ATA carnets including electronic applications at Heathrow, in accordance with guidelines
xc2xb7 Take responsibility for the supply and authentication of International Import Certificates in accordance with BIS guidelines
xc2xb7 Use knowledge gained to answer customers queries or signpost to appropriate agency
xc2xb7 Keep abreast to developments in the field of International Trade and pass on these developments to customers where appropriate
xc2xb7 Assist the Office Managers & Head of International Trade & Compliance with other duties as required
xc2xb7 Complete accounting, statistical & data procedures to the required standards & deadlines
xc2xb7 Always maintain a high standard of customer care
xc2xb7 Professionally represent the organisation as requiredThe Trade Administrator will have:
