Key Responsibilities
Serving customers at the trade counter, providing product advice and support
Handling enquiries in-store, over the phone & via email
Processing sales, quotes, and invoices
Ordering materials and assisting with stock control
Assisting with social media posts and offers
What We're Looking For
? Previous trade counter or merchant experience.
? Knowledge of roofing/building products
? Strong customer service & communication skills
? Good organisational ability & attention to detail
? Reliable, hard-working, and a team player
? Experienced in the use of Excel, Outlook etc. Sage would help.
