This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn new skills and become fully trained as a Trade Counter Assistant, no experience is necessary, but you would need to feel comfortable dealing with the public and using basic computer software.
Job Summary
Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring customers receive a fast and efficient response, building customer loyalty and enhancing the company's reputation for service.
Duties and Responsibilities
In person, over the phone and email communication providing excellent customer
service
Unloading deliveries - windows/doors/glass units/UPVC products etc.
Documentation analysis/filing etc - Invoices, Delivery notes, Order acknowledgements
Warehouse - checking and preparing orders
Quotes and ordering stock
Maintain a safe working environment within the working area ensuring all current Health and Safety is observed.
General housekeeping
Perform any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the Trade Counter and company.

Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm
