Trade Counter Assistant/sales

Job Description
At Savoy Timber, We have three timber & DIY retail locations throughout the North West. We are currently looking for an experienced retail counter assistant who is energetic, friendly, a quick learner and approachable to join the team at our Blackpool store.
Main Duties:
Serving customers and being able to help them with their orders and queries, relating to different types of timber. Answering phones at the counter and dealing with the queries from customers, suppliers or head office. Using the counter EPOS system and associated company procedures. Work closely with the store managers and counter manager to ensure all tasks required are carried out. Ensuring the store is well stocked, tidy and a great retail environment. Keeping on top of stock rotation
We are looking for someone with retail experience who is energetic and able to work in a busy retail environment. Weekend availability is required as we open 7 days a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
