Trade Counter Sales Assistant
Job Description
An independent, family run business, UK Roofing Supplies Ltd have been trading since 1977 with branches in Slough, Reading and Oxford. We are currently looking for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our ever expanding team in Oxford. Why not join us and be part of our success story as we continue to grow our business.
Do you have previous sales experience (preferably with merchant or DIY sales background) although this is not essential.
We are looking for dynamic self motivated people who work well within a team environment, be customer oriented, be proactive, enthusiastic, energetic .
Daily duties to include (as part of a team):
Assisting customers on Trade Counter with enquiries and winning orders
Pro-active sales calls
Managing and ordering stock
Planning the delivery schedule
Assisting with stock taking
Working alongside our other branches, co - ordinating Internal Branch transfers
Daily Stock Checks
Picking orders for customers when warehouse staff are busy
Are you looking to develop your skills set, take the next step in your career then get in touch. We will provide full training for the right candidate and wage would be neg on experience. ie/. Experience in the roofing/merchant industry etc.
A full driving licence is required

Mon-Fri: 7:00-16:30
Sat: 7:00-11:00 ( every other )
Salary:
28,500
, with the potential to earn up to32,000
through on-target quarterly bonuses.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,500.00-32,000.00 per year
