Trade Counter Sales / Warehousing

Responsibilities:

- Unloading and loading of stock, updating inventory.

- Tinting products ready for collection / delivery

- General marketing on LinkedIn, Instagram

- Ordering stock from suppliers

- Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers
- Customer development and prospecting.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organise sales/warehouse area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Picking and packing online orders
- Arranging and carrying out deliveries (locally) as and when needed using company vehicle.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic IT skills
- Clean driving license
- Counter balance FLT License, not essential.
- Self motivated, reliable and hardworking

We are looking for a trade counter and warehouse assistant to join our team, this is a role that requires a range of skillsets but keeps the role varied and interesting. We are looking for someone to grow with the business long term and get involved with all aspects.

This can be part time or full time role depending on candidates needs, ideally we would be looking for a candidate to start with around 26 hours per week and then progress onto full time, however we are very open to discussing our needs and candidates needs.

The business is a supplier of external wall insulation and coloured silicone renders to rendering contractors not only around South Yorkshire but the UK as a whole.

The right candidate will have the opportunity progress with the company with full training given in all aspects of the job.

Some experience in the building industry trade counter / warehousing role would be advantageous, but not essential.

Hours are 7am - 4pm / Mon - Fri

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
