About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Traffic Marshall to support day-to-day operations on a large concrete frame construction site in Digbeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing vehicle movements, managing site access, and ensuring a safe working environment for workers, drivers, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and control the movement of vehicles, plant, and delivery traffic on site Marshal large vehicles and assist with safe reversing and manoeuvring Maintain clear communication with site managers, drivers, and banksmen Monitor site access points and check in deliveries Ensure pedestrian routes are clear and safe Support general site safety compliance and report hazards Assist with general labouring duties when required Enforce site rules and ensure traffic flows efficiently
Requirements
Valid
CPCS Traffic Marshall (A73)
(essential) Previous experience working on construction sites Strong communication skills and ability to give clear signals Good awareness of health & safety practices Reliable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditionsPlease send your CV or contact the office to register your details: 01226 360 622
