About the Role:

L Lynch Plant & Haulage is seeking experienced

Traffic Marshall

to join our team on a major Tier One client project near Inverness. You will be responsible for ensuring safe traffic management on site and surrounding areas, helping to protect workers, the public, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage traffic management plans on site. Direct vehicles, plant, and pedestrians safely around the work area. Ensure signage, cones, barriers, and diversion routes are correctly placed and maintained. Monitor site access points and control vehicle movements. Report incidents, hazards, or issues promptly to the site supervisor. Comply with all UK Health & Safety regulations and site procedures. Assist site team in maintaining a safe and organised working environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Traffic Marshall

or in a traffic management role. CSCS/CPCS/NPORS. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Full UK driving licence.
