The Role
We're seeking an ambitious
Trainee Account Manager
to join our Chesterfield office. This is a
sales-focused
role, with a heavy emphasis on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and building long-term relationships with business clients.
As a finance broker, you'll act as a trusted intermediary between UK businesses and a panel of commercial lenders, finding the right funding solutions to suit each client's needs. You'll be helping business owners grow, invest, and succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to prospective business clients across a wide range of sectors
Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
Understanding client needs and identifying suitable funding options
Liaising with funders and guiding clients through the finance process
Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and lenders

What We're Looking For
A self-starter with strong communication and persuasion skills
Resilient, energetic, and motivated by targets
Comfortable making outbound sales calls
Eager to learn and develop a long-term career in commercial finance
No prior finance experience required -- full training provided
