Trainee Accountant
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic trainee accountant to join our friendly team to give fantastic client service across Glasgow and Edinburgh.
This position will offer you the opportunity to work in a professional environment where you will gain exposure to clients operating in a wide range of sectors.
Key duties of the role will include:
Preparation of accounts for companies, LLPs and unincorporated businesses
Prepare Corporation Tax & Business Tax computations
Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Liaise with clients with respect to queries and build client relationships
All training will be provided to enable you to offer great client service within the various parts of the role.
There will also be an option to undertake a relevant professional qualification in conjunction with a training contract offered by the firm.
We offer hybrid working up to 2 days per week at home, with managers approval, and flexible start and end times between 8am and 6:30pm.
Please note we are in the process of moving our office to the West End of Edinburgh in Summer 2025 so office location will change.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
