A position has arisen for a Trainee Accountant though our partnership with BPP University to offer the AAT qualifications. This is an entry level position starting at either Level 2 or Level 3 depending on previous qualifications.

We are a property investment, development and management company based in Leeds, the position is in our in house accountancy team based in Leeds City Centre.

Khalbros are looking for an ambitious, hardworking individual who has a keen eye for detail and is extremely organised.

We are a company committed to staff retention and invest heavily in training and are seeking a candidate focused on a career in investment accountancy.

Your main responsibility would be to manage and advise on service charge expenditure, make payments, maintain the accounts software, refer debt recovery to the legal team, banking reconciliations and generating invoices where necessary. You will be managing your own workload under the supervision of the Accounts Manager and Senior Management Team.

Although the role is not public facing, effective and comprehensive written and spoken English is essential as is dealing with face to face, telephone and e-mail enquiries from the wider team on a daily basis.

Essential:

Minimum English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or above (A

- C or equivalent)
