This position is due to start as soon as possible, start date is negotiable for the right candidate. Strada Environmental Ltd are a licensed asbestos removal contractor serving both the private and public sector, throughout the whole of the UK. Due to impressive growth over the last 10 years, we are looking to take on a Trainee Asbestos Contract's Manager within our office in Ayr.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Attend pre-contract meetings and site visits

Carry out site remeasures

Create and issue quotations

Produce all relevant method statements for the planned works ahead

Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget

Agree client and subcontract final accounts

Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed

Carry out site audits

Deal with and resolve any problems that occur during the project

Submission of monthly interim valuations

Desired Skills/Attributes:

Previous experience as a Contract's Manager would be beneficial and/or sales background, but not essential to apply for this role. We will carry out all necessary training for the new candidate.

Clean driving licence (Required)

Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (required)
