TRAINEE ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE

As a Trainee Assembly Operator, you'll be taught how to assemble components, working from basic technical drawings and delivering high-quality results in a busy production environment.

What you will do
Work within the assembly team learning processes in areas such as basic fixings and sub-components
Finish products to company quality standards
Gain knowledge and understanding of technical drawings, BOMS and fixings
Use hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Work effectively within a fast-paced production environment
Support your team to meet production deadlines
What you will bring
Essential:
Willingness to learn and improve your skills
Some experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment
Some experience using handheld tools
Basic understanding of fixings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills
A positive, proactive approach to teamwork
