Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with seasonal trends Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a bar or restaurant setting Strong team management abilities, promoting collaboration among staff Excellent culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques Familiarity with hospitality best practices and customer service excellence Leadership skills to inspire and motivate the bar team Understanding of food safety standards and regulations Experience in food production and kitchen operations is advantageous Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus
