Responsibilities
Learn to Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Manage daily operations including stock control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in line with food safety regulations.
Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance to foster a motivated work environment.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations at all times.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and resolving any issues promptly.
Train new staff members on service procedures, food safety protocols, and operational standards.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
Qualifications
Proven experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or culinary arts is highly desirable.
Familiarity with serving protocols and hospitality industry best practices.
Previous experience as a barista or in bar management is advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
