Trainee Blind Installer
Job Description
Opal Contracts UK Ltd is an established business with vast experience in supplying and installing blinds, curtains, cubicle tracks and other products in a varied range of commercial properties across the UK.
We are seeking a trainee blinds installer. This opportunity will enable the successful applicants to learn how to fit blinds, curtains, cubicle tracks and other products in schools, hospitals, universities, care homes, student accommodation and other construction projects nationwide. This role would suit an individual with a strong work ethic, good timekeeping, reliability, keenness to learn, desire to offer good customer service and confidence to ask questions.
We require applicants to have: -
Flexibility to work varied hours Ability to work at height Good communication skills Driving licence is an advantage Valid CSCS card would be an advantage

Annual salary based on experience & skills Health, Safety & Environment Training Training to sit the test for a CSCS card (valid to work on Building sites for 5 years) NVQ level 2 Working at height training Asbestos awareness training

Position is working nationally across many sites of differing types. Some overnight stays in hotels are required.
