Trainee Car Sales Executive Vacancy - Horsham, West Sussex

  • Basic Salary of 18,000 with a realistic OTE of 25,000+
  • Hours: 5.5 days per week, with Sundays on a rota
  • Location: Horsham, West Sussex - Franchised Main Dealer
Our client, a well-established main dealer in Horsham, West Sussex, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Car Sales Executive:
  • Assist in creating and managing vehicle advertisements, including taking high-quality photos
  • Support the sales team by preparing cars for display and organising the dealership site
  • Pick up and deliver vehicles as needed
  • Engage with customers, providing excellent service and support during the sales process
  • Learn the car sales process through hands-on training, with the opportunity to progress to direct sales

  • Experience: No specific experience required; a keen interest in cars and some experience in advertising or site organisation is a plus
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
  • Attributes: Young, ambitious, and eager to build a career in car sales
  • Driving Licence: Full valid UK driving licence required
