Job Title: Trainee Case Manager

Job Summary:



As a Trainee Case Manager at Ramsay & White Mortgage Business, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mortgage team in managing and processing mortgage applications. You will work closely with experienced Case Managers to learn the intricacies of mortgage processing, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:



Assist in the processing and management of mortgage applications from initial submission to completion, while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines. Review and verify mortgage documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain regular communication with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and provide updates on application progress. Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders, following established procedures and timelines. Assist with the coordination of property valuations, surveys, and other necessary inspections. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and compliance officers, to resolve any application issues or concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and application progress in the company's systems. Stay informed about industry regulations, policy changes, and best practices related to mortgage processing. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in mortgage processing.

Requirements:



Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders. Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills and experience working with mortgage processing software and systems. Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines is desirable. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes and systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
