Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated trainee chef interested in learning the culinary trade in a hotel setting. The trainee chef will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team and develop the skills for a career in the hospitality industry.
Duties:
- Assist in all food preparation tasks under the supervision of the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Skills:
- An interest in food or catering is preferrable.
- Hospitality mindset to provide excellent service to customers.
