We are seeking a talented and passionate trainee Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, with the ability to learn effectively. Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Work hard from the beginning of your shift until the end
Manage food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards during food preparation and service
Serve dishes to customers when required, maintaining excellent customer service standards
Skills
Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen operations within a hospitality or restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary hygiene
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
Excellent organisational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary arts
Experience in restaurant service, including serving guests when necessary
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management
