FLN Consulting Engineers are an established multi-discipline engineering consultancy with offices in the UK and Ireland. We work closely with clients, architects and other design orientated colleagues to deliver high quality structural design throughout the UK and Ireland. Due to expanding workload, a vacancy exists in our structural division based in Glasgow for a trainee AutoCAD Technician.

Working as a trainee Civil / Structural CAD technician your key responsibilities will include.

Assisting CAD technicians and engineers with the preparation of civil and structural AutoCAD and Revit drawings. Liaise with clients and engineering team members to execute and deliver projects. Attend site visits and surveys when required to support the preparation of drawings.
Required qualifications and key skills.

Experience with AutoCAD is preferable but not essential Experience with Revit Structures is preferable but not essential. Excellent communication skills. Strong computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
