Your Role at a Glance

As a Trainee Dental Nurse / Receptionist, you will play a dual role supporting both the clinical and front-of-house teams. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship as you develop your skills in both patient care and administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting clinicians with chairside support during treatments (with training provided) Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean and organised surgery environment Ensuring high standards of infection control and sterilisation procedures Greeting and checking in patients, managing appointments, and handling phone/email enquiries Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative and reception duties Helping to maintain accurate patient records and ensuring GDPR compliance Creating a warm, professional atmosphere for patients throughout their visit

What You'll Bring

A strong interest in pursuing a career in dental nursing or healthcare Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn A calm and professional manner with good attention to detail Basic IT and administrative skills (previous reception or customer service experience is a plus) Must be available to work on
