We are a trusted main dealer for Karcher, Kranzle, and MAC International, specialising in the service and repair of industrial cleaning equipment. Our products include pressure washers, floor scrubber dryers, carpet cleaners, and more. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. The role will require you to have a basic professional knowledge in either mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equipment maintenance. The role will include industry specific training both in our workshop, in the field and with our suppliers.

Once the candidate is fully trained with the relevant experience, there would be an opportunity to move to a "Field Service Engineer" role, where you would preform repairs, maintenance and installations on the equipment we provide to our customers.

It is essential that you have excellent personable skills, a customer service focus and a strong work ethic. You will be required to interact with colleagues and customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

Assemble customer orders, including accessory combinations, custom pressure washers and commission new equipment. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on industrial cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, floor scrubber dryers, and carpet cleaners. Conduct routine servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Provide technical advice and training to customers when required. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all work activities. Work closely with the office team to coordinate schedules and parts orders.

Requirements

Proven experience in a basic level of equipment servicing, maintenance or repairs in a professional environment. Strong technical thinking and mechanical/electrical fault-finding abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving licence (required). Any relevant qualifications in engineering or mechanics (preferred but not essential).
