Trainee Engineer Role

Our Trainee route is designed for those looking to kick-start their career in Engineering without prior experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, with the potential for sponsored study and fast career progression. You'll receive full training on-site, gaining the knowledge and experience to become a fully qualified Engineer.

Key Responsibilities include:

Assisting with drawing document control and setting out on site. Supporting Engineers to ensure projects progress efficiently and accurately. Learning to identify and prevent costly errors through checks and record-keeping. Liaising with site teams and client engineers to build strong relationships. Developing technical knowledge while applying practical skills on live projects.

Requirements:

Good standard of GCSEs and A Levels. A full, clean driving licence and access to a car. Strong IT skills (Word, Excel). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised, analytical, and eager to learn. Passionate about a long-term career in construction and engineering. Excellent attention to detail.
