JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the: Service Centre Manager

Responsibilities:-

machining of tools

? Produce, repair & service tooling.

Clean tools before service.

Measure and inspect tools after service.

? Brazing of new PCD tips on tools.

? Maintain machines service records.

? Work areas & machines kept clean at all times.

? Ensuring quality & workmanship is to the highest standards.

? Ensure all documentation is completed.

Duties:-

? This role requires good communication skills at all levels.

? You must be self -motivated and able to work as part of a team.

? Uniform is provided to ensure you are presentable at all times.

? PPE will be provided.

? Machining/engineering experience is proffered .

? You will be expected to maintain a clean work area at all times, maintenance records to be kept up-to-date weekly.

? Working hours Monday - Thursday 08:00am-16:30pm / Friday 08:00am - 15:00pm (30mins lunch break each day).
