Airways Aero Associations is an aviation company responsible for the managing and operation of Wycombe Air Park, a general aviation airfield based on the edge of High Wycombe and Marlow.

Airways Aero Associations Ltd is a certified service centre for Piper aircraft and Sonaca but supports many other airframes from Diamond to Cirrus. This is a rare opportunity to join a fantastic team of driven and talented engineers who thrive on delivering first class service and support. We are looking to find and support two individuals who wish to start their career in aviation.

We will be providing on the job training and sponsorship opportunities for both.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must live near to the airfield or be willing to relocate Working week Monday to Friday Have experience repairing vehicles such as cars, bikes or similar. Even if this experience comes from personal interests rather than in a work place.
Benefits:

Training will be provided A very transparent salary progression scheme to incentivise your progression through your training. By the end of your 5 year course you could expect to be on 45,000 per annum. Subject to contract. We would sponsor you through your written exams
