Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion, ensuring that all logistical elements run smoothly.
Help manage on-the-day operations, ensuring events are set up and executed as planned.
Support the senior event planners with venue selection, supplier management, and event scheduling.
Attend client meetings and assist with administrative tasks related to event planning.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other event stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
Provide on-site support during events, helping with setup, guest registration, and general coordination.
Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.
