Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, including conferences, corporate events, and experiential campaigns. Support the senior event management team in organizing and managing event logistics from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery of all operations. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of event elements and services. Help manage and direct on-site event teams, providing guidance and fostering teamwork to ensure flawless execution. Conduct research and assist in creative brainstorming sessions to design engaging, innovative event concepts. Monitor event progress and provide real-time updates to senior managers, ensuring all key objectives are met and exceeded. Assist with post-event analysis, gathering feedback and producing reports on event outcomes to help improve future projects. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh, exciting ideas into event planning.

Who We're Looking For:



A self-starter with a passion for events and a keen interest in developing leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and clients. A solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Previous experience in event coordination or project management is a plus but not required - your enthusiasm and drive to succeed are more important! Career-driven, with a clear goal of developing your skills and taking on increased responsibility in the future. A flexible attitude towards occasional travel, as this role may require attending events across various locations.
