Gillies is a long-established family business with Home Furnishing Stores throughout the North and East of Scotland.
We are seeking to recruit a Trainee Flooring Fitter to join our Carpet and Flooring team, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role covers installing a wide variety of floorcoverings. No flooring experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in Carpet and Flooring Fitting and is based in our Flooring Warehouse located at Unit 10, Inveramsey Bridge, Inverurie, AB51 5DQ.
Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a busy and sometimes physically demanding environment.

Ability to communicate successfully and work effectively with other team members
Current driving licence (or intending to learn) is essential
