We are looking for a Hardworking and experienced Experienced Wet Room Flooring Fitter. You must have experience and skill fitting Wet Room Flooring (Including Welding/Weld joins). There will also be a requirement to Screed/Level, Fit new Subfloor and fit Vinyl/Sheet Lino when required too. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is able to hit the ground running.

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE SOME PLUMBING EXPERIENCE TO ENABLE YOU TO REMOVE & REFIT TOILETS/WET GOODS AND FIT DRAINAGE SO THAT YOU CAN WORK INDEPENDANTLY

We need someone to start Immediately who is reliable and actively looking for work. We need applicants to ensure that any finished work is left tidy and clean and with excellent presentation.

ESSENTIAL:
- Experienced Wet Room Flooring Fitter
- Experienced Lino/Vinyl Flooring Fitter
- Experience doing Screed/Levelling & Subfloor
- Own Vehicle & Driving Licence

DESIRED:
- Experience working for a Council/Housing Association
- Plumbing Experience

IMPORTANT NOTE RE PAY:

Payments are Subject to CIS Deductions (30% - Not registered, 20% Registered or 0% - Gross Payment Status)

EG (20% CIS): Weekly Pay = 200 x 5 = 1000. Minus 20% (200) = 800.00 Take Home Pay/Paid (Remaining 200/20% is paid direct to HMRC)
Any Adjustments required/overpayments etc are worked out on your annual Personal Self Assessment/Return

We are urgently looking for someone to start immediately on a paid Trial basis (2 Week Trial). If successful and both parties are happy then we would look to start Full Time work asap

We need someone with experience of WET ROOM INSTALLATION work, someone who is Reliable, takes pride in their work, punctual, actively seeking work, can hit the ground running and is able to work unsupervised and to an excellent standard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 200.00 per day

Work Location: In person
