We are looking for a skilled and reliable flooring installer to join us on a subcontract basis for an upcoming residential project.The Project:We have an immediate requirement for the installation of 100 sq m of engineered oak herringbone flooring in a residential property in London. This is a high-end project requiring a flawless finish.Responsibilities:oPrepare the subfloor to ensure it is clean, level, and ready for installation.oAccurately measure, cut, and lay engineered oak flooring in a herringbone pattern.oEnsure tight joints, perfect alignment, and a professional finish throughout.oInstall underlay, trims, and beading as required.oWork efficiently to complete the project within the agreed timeframe (estimated 3-4 days).oMaintain a clean and safe work environment.Requirements:oProven experience installing herringbone flooring is essential.
