Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about gymnastics, whether you have little to no coaching experience or are just starting your journey. As a Trainee Gymnastics Coach, you'll receive full training, hands-on experience, and the chance to gain qualifications while working with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn to Coach:

Assist experienced coaches in delivering engaging sessions and learn the fundamentals of coaching.

Support Gymnasts:

Help gymnasts develop their skills, confidence, and love for the sport.

Create a Safe Space:

Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and safe training environment.

Grow Your Skills:

Take part in professional development opportunities, including training courses and mentoring.

Be a Team Player:

Work closely with the coaching team to support gymnasts at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
