Job Summary

We are seeking a Trainee Installation, Sound, Lighting and Audio Visual Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in audio, lighting and visual equipment. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Sound, Lighting and Video systems along with both short and long term hires. The company has been going for over twenty-eight years and is a market leader in installations. Salary depending upon experience although this is an entry level position

Duties

Assist with on-site installation work and service work Carry out warehouse prep and deprep of sound, lighting and AV equipment Set up and dismantle audio and visual equipment for various events and installations. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on AV, Sound and Lighting systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate logistics for shipping and receiving of equipment and materials. Load and unload equipment from vehicles, ensuring safe handling practices are followed. Assist in materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting as required. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the role effectively. IPAF and PASMA Tickets preferred but not essential ECS/CSCS cardholders preferred but training is available for the right candidate Driving License preferred
