We're on the lookout for a

Trainee Installation Engineer

to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone mechanically minded with a practical background, looking to develop a long-term career in a specialist electro-mechanical field.

What You'll Be Doing

Working as part of a 2-person team, you'll assist a qualified Installation Engineer with the

installation, servicing, and breakdown repair

of our homelifts in customer homes. Delivering excellent customer service while working respectfully and professionally in our customers' homes. Following detailed instructions and company procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work. Carrying out weekly vehicle checks on your company vehicle, managing tools and van stock, and ensuring all job-related paperwork and digital reports are completed accurately.

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence

(essential). Hands-on, practical experience in a field-based or trade role (e.g. mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, or maintenance). Mechanically minded, with the ability to use tools and problem-solve on the job. Excellent

communication skills

and a professional attitude toward customers. A

team player

who's reliable, eager to learn, and can follow instructions carefully.
