Trainee Insurance Advisor

to join their offices based near Fareham.

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a genuine desire to succeed. While previous experience in the financial services industry is beneficial, it's not essential -- full training is provided. What matters most is your motivation, resilience and hunger to develop a long term career.

You'll begin with a base salary of 25,000 - 30,000 plus Uncapped Commission with an OTE of 65,000.

As you develop and progress into a Life Insurance Advisor role, you can work towards your CeMAP to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor too, should this be a route you wish to take. Alternatively, you can move through the ranks to a possible senior and then onto a team leader role within the Protection team. Full training and support is provided.

What you'll be doing:

Speaking to inhouse Mortgage customers that have just received an offer. Engaging with an existing customer database Responding to customer enquiries and identifying customer needs Passing customers to our Life Insurance advisors Acting in accordance with regulatory procedures Building rapport with customers Engaging with customers in a friendly, complaint and professional manner

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in sales, particularly outbound calling Ability to handle and overcome customer objections. Motivated working towards KPIs & targets. Excellent communication skills. Computer literate.

Our offices are based near Fareham, just off the M27 or a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Cosham and surrounding areas. Where conveniently located to several local amenities, shops and the post office.
